Purchased new and kept in my home. No pets, no smoking.
While it is effectively unused, it has been stored at home, so I have listed it as near unused.

As this publication is over 20 years old, it is considered to be in low circulation. We recommend purchasing it at this opportunity.

Although it is near new and unused, it has been handled by someone once and is not completely new. We do not accept returns or complaints, so please consider purchasing after understanding this.
