◆Return Policy & Warranty Period◆
We do not accept returns or cancellations of sales contracts due to customer convenience.

However, if the product has defects, false descriptions, or misrepresentations that prevent us from fulfilling the sales contract, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges within 8 days of product arrival. After that, we will not accept any returns, so please check the operation promptly after receiving the product.

The warranty covers only the product price and shipping costs.
Shipping costs arranged by the customer (including for in-store pickup), installation costs, damages incurred due to inability to operate the business, and other expenses are not covered by the warranty.

If the item can be repaired, we will cover the repair costs up to the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Please keep the packaging materials within the warranty period as they will be required for returns.
