Vintage Flora Dora Heather Outlaw Essex Collection Floral Decorative Tray

I have a colorful vintage Flora Dora decorative tray by Heather Outlaw for The Essex Collection. It has yellow flowers and green leaves on a turquoise blue background with a striped yellow, blue, and green border. The raised floral details give it a nice dimensional look. It measures approximately 9 long and is marked on the bottom Flora Dora by Heather Outlaw for The Essex Collection, Made in Thailand. Bright floral and striped design, raised flower and leaf details, rounded rectangular shape with raised sides, approximately 9 long, and original maker's mark on the underside. A nice piece for a vanity, dresser, jewelry, trinkets, or display. This is a pre-owned vintage piece with surface marks, scuffs, finish wear, and discoloration from age and use, especially on the underside. Please look through all photos since they are the best description of the condition.
