This is a fly rod from a rod manufacturer that disbanded in 2012.
I purchased it at a tackle shop in Yamanashi over 30 years ago when I was deeply into fly fishing, as a high-weight rod for lake use.
I used it a few times on Lake Motosu and Lake Chuzenji, but it was mainly used for casting practice.
As is typical of UFM UEDA rods, it has a stiff impression, but it was a rod that achieved good casting distance.
I believe the material and manufacturing precision of the reel seat were superior to other companies at the time.
The ceramic part of the stripping guide was partially chipped, so it has been repaired and replaced. Please understand that this is a DIY repair.

[Condition Details] Overall signs of use. The cork grip is dirty (lightly cleaned).
The ceramic on the stripping guide was partially chipped, so I repaired and replaced it myself. Wear on the snake guides is minor. The clear coat at the base of the snake guides is worn in some areas due to the line.
There are scratches on the metal parts of the grip end.
While I could not visually confirm any deterioration of the blank's coating, as it is a product from over 30 years ago, there is a possibility of deterioration.
The rod case shows scratches and cloudiness.
