【Price Reduced Until End of June!】High-Back Sofa Bed, 3-Seater [Semi-Double Bed Size]

Thank you for viewing.
This item is for local pickup only.

I am looking for someone to take over my bed frame and mattress due to moving.
The original price was approximately 60,000 yen, and it is currently in its third year of use.
I purchased it on Rakuten, but the original product page has since been deleted.
Photos 1-3 are reference photos of the same product from other stores, and photos 4-5 show the actual condition of the item.

I own pets (dogs and cats), and my cat in particular liked to use it, so there is a residual urine odor from marking.
I have cleaned it multiple times at home with a steam carpet cleaner (using a detergent for pet odors), but the smell has not been removed.

Currently, as shown in the 5th photo, I have covered it with a vinyl waterproof sheet and a cover to prevent odor leakage.
The cover seems to block the smell to some extent, and we ourselves do not feel any particular discomfort in our daily lives, nor have any friends who have visited our home pointed it out.
However, if you are considering using it without the cover, you will still notice the smell, so it may be a concern for those who have not owned pets or are sensitive to odors.

I believe that professional cleaning by a specialist would reduce or eliminate the odor, but I would like to offer it to someone who understands this in advance.
Therefore, I am flexible regarding price negotiation and assistance with carrying it out, but I cannot accept cancellations or returns.
Please understand this in advance.
