Description
Okinawan Lemon Drop Mangosteen Seedling
This is a seedling, but in Okinawa, even seedlings bear fruit well.
Sown last year, overwintered indoors, then moved to outdoor management.

A tropical fruit tree of the Clusiaceae family native to Central America. It is a relative of the mangosteen but is a smaller and easier-to-grow variety.
The yellow fruit, about 3cm in size, has a strong sourness and a refreshing citrus flavor, tasting like lemon candy as its name suggests, making it very unique!
