1. Kale is a vegetable rich in lutein, beta-carotene, calcium, melatonin, vitamins (E & C), dietary fiber, etc.
- Kale is expected to have effects such as promoting eye health, anti-aging, improving sleep, relieving stress, boosting immunity, improving skin, strengthening skin, mucous membranes, teeth, and bones, improving blood circulation, and relieving constipation.

The best sowing periods are spring sowing from March to April, and summer sowing from July to August. Harvest is approximately 3 months after sowing.
Can be grown in planters.
