Purchased based on recommendation from the vet. My dog has allergies and atopy, so instead of shampooing, I would give him a bath once a month in a tub with moisturizer, and use this spray daily after wiping his body. This spray significantly improved my dog's itching and dandruff during dry seasons and seasonal changes. Since I still have plenty in stock and bought too many, I am selling them individually and as a set of two. The spray is designed to be sprayed with enough force to reach the skin directly. For dogs who are not used to it, gently calm them and brush against the fur to expose the skin, or part the fur at the area of concern and spray directly onto the skin, then rub it in.
After rubbing it in, if you gently stroke the fur with the same hand that applied the liquid, you'll notice a difference in how easily a brush goes through after it dries. The skin becomes moisturized, and the coat becomes beautifully managed, shiny, and smooth. My dog is timid, so I used the method described above to care for him. The scent is not too strong and there was no unpleasant odor. Both products are excellent, as expected from what hospitals use for their patients.
