Let go of heavy burdens sometimes [Guardian Cat] | Brushstroke | Spreading its wings

“I have to be like this.”
“I have to do it right.”
Before you know it, you're carrying an invisible burden of overworking.

This burden of overworking is
represented by a guardian cat saying, It's okay to gently set it down.
May your breath and your heart become a little lighter
with the weight you've shed...

You are okay just the way you are.
