Vintage 90s Passports Pier 1 Imports Cottagecore Embroidered Dress Black Medium

This is such a lovely black dress, with colorful embroidered flowers decorating the bodice. It was made in the 90s and sold by Passports at Pier 1 Imports Stores. It is a button-front rayon mid-calf-length dress with half sleeves. The waist features a puckered look to a full A-line skirt.   Size: Medium Bust: 38'', Waist: 34'', Hips: Free-Size, Length: 46''  Condition: Good condition, no stains or holes. All buttons complete.  Please note: I measure my clothing items flat across the front and double the measurement to account for how they would fit a person. Vintage sizing (especially before the 1980s) was different, so know your measurements to ensure it fits. I use a cloth tape for sizing. I live in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home, and I wash my clothing in perfume- and dye-free detergent.
