Vintage Multicolor Art Glass Bead Necklace Double Strand 17 Inch

Estate jewelry tray inspection. Saturday afternoon.  You're holding this vintage multicolor art-glass necklace — two intertwined strands of translucent oval beads in amber yellow, turquoise blue, coral pink, cream, and smoky gray, 17 inches long, and 52 grams of color operating without supervision.  A guy notices it immediately while pretending to understand art glass like he once bought a paperweight and became director of molten accessories. He asks where you got it. You ignore him.  Twenty minutes later he returns and asks whether the dark flecks are intentional or tiny objects trapped during production. By lunch he's recruited two bead collectors and a woman who keeps saying mid-century color palette like she personally approved every oval.  The necklace has become the glass meeting.
