Hand-Painted Wooden Duck Decoys - Pair in Brown & Tan

Pair of hand-painted wooden duck decoys. Detailed carved feathers and realistic paint. Earth tone palette with brown and tan highlights. Great collectible or home accent.  Pair of vintage hand-carved and hand-painted wooden duck decoys / folk art bird carvings dating to the 1980s.  Each duck is individually inscribed and dated on the underside.  The brown duck appears to be identified as a Mallard Hen, dated 8-30-82, and signed R. Morrow.  The lighter duck is identified as a Pintail Drake, dated 8-30-87, with a separate handwritten maker’s inscription on the underside.  Both feature carved feather detailing and hand-painted finishes.  Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related surface and paint wear. The Pintail has an area of paint loss on the dark tail, as clearly shown in the photos. Additional minor scuffs and finish wear are present consistent with age. No restoration has been attempted.  Please review all photographs, especially the close-up photos of the original handwritten inscriptions, for identification and condition.
